These communications are distributed to the board of directors, or to the chairperson or specific directors as appropriate, depending on the facts and circumstances of the communication. If your report concerns questionable accounting practices, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters, we will also forward your report to the chairman of the audit committee. Certain communications are not appropriate for the board of directors, such as power outage issues, resumes and job inquiries, surveys, and business solicitations or advertisements.
